Olive Cottage is situated in its own garden with large fish pond within Hihi Olive Estate and is surrounded by our acreage of olive grove and working farm. Here is how to find out about where we are, how to get here and what there is to do when you are here.

The accommodation

Two bedrooms: bedroom one has a king-size bed and bedroom two has two single beds

Kitchen and dining area: all mod cons. - microwave oven, full oven and four-burner hob, dishwasher and all utensils are provided

Lounge: with sofas, TV and stereo

Bathroom: with shower and heated towel rail

Laundry: with washing machine and fridge/freezer

Olive Cottage is heated and all bed linen is provided - but please bring your own beach towels.

There is ample parking for cars and boats. We regret that we do not allow smoking or pets indoors.

Rates

High season (Christmas, New Year and Easter): NZ$195.00 per night
Low season: from NZ$120.00 per night

Booking Terms and Conditions

Deposits:
After we have advised you that Olive Cottage is available, during peak periods a deposit of the cost of one night's stay (or full payment) may be required. The deposit may be paid by cheque or transfer to our bank account. We regret that we are unable to accept credit card payment.

Cancellation:
As a small property, cancellations do heavily impact on us and if we are not able to replace cancelled bookings at short notice, any deposit will be forfeited. Any refund of deposit will be in New Zealand dollars.
